King bed at an accessible height, two side tables, sheepskin side rugs (optional), loveseat, tall dresser, height adjustable working desk, chair, 43" smart TV, individually controlled thermostat, ceiling fan, accessible friendly door lever. (Coming: paint, art on walls, coffee table, blackout shades, luggage rack, clothes rack).

Appreciate the sunshine while staying inside with the heat and AC when sitting outside isn't ideal. Comfortable seat to enjoy reading, writing, otherwise relaxing, etc. (Coming: daybed or floor cushions to accommodate cuddle sessions if preferred).

Dual sinks with accessible friendly faucets, safe shower with plenty of grab bars, bidet attachment for toilet. (Coming: refresh the floors, paint the walls).

Sit and enjoy the fresh air, watch the hummingbirds during the day, fireflies at dusk, listen to the animals around (frogs, birds, owls). Mosquito curtains protect the space from most biting flies. Space is sheltered from both the sun in the summer and the winds in the winter. Move to the driveway on the lounge chair once it's time to stargaze.

Additional sitting area as an option when you want to be inside but maybe would like some company.

Lots of trails are being built throughout the property. Currently there is a path that walks around the meadow (wildflowers increasing every year), a path along one side of the pond, a wide trail near the house (currently dead ends), and a rugged longer trail on the other side of the creek. 

In the warm months, see how many different wildflowers you can spot. In the winter, see if you can locate any animals in the brush or trees.
